It was nice visiting this facility. I was fortunate to have Nurse Stephanie B and she was so professional and friendly. I had her 3 times this year for my cleaning and trust me she was so so good. Very respectful, friendly and professional. Thank you for your service.
Great first visit! All staff were outstanding and my hygienist (Dee) was the BEST! A true pleasant experience. While Dr Fay, was the best Dentist I have ever been too!!! He listened to my concerns and took the extra steps "above and beyond" to address them! I highly recommend this practice to anyone adults and/or children. Thank you very much, I'll be back!
This was my second visit and once again the service was Amazing! My Dental Hygienist, Stephanie, is awesome. She advocated for me and even took the extra time to generate a form for me to submit to my employer. She went above and beyond. Dr Moeller was awesome too and went over and addressed all of my concerns. The front staff appear to be happy working here - the atmosphere is professional all around. The leadership here is top notch!
I had a wonderful experience at the dental office of Dr. Fay and Dr. Moeller. The staff is so friendly, polite and professional. I am terrified of the dentist from childhood experiences. However , both times I’ve been to this office was a pleasant experience. It is a beautiful clean well kept environment. I had full mouth X-rays, cleaning, and examination. Everything went smoothly. No waiting time and everything was explained fully about what the next steps would be. I would recommend this office to all who are looking for a dentist.
5 stars isn't enough. Wish I could give more . Dr Fay is a rock star . I've had several different dentists over the years but Dr Fay is the best in his profession. My hygienist, Stephanie is awesome. She's very thorough and has a gentle touch. Great personality too. The ladies at the front desk are very nice also. I've been going there for close to 5 years after my friend recommended Dr Fay . Best advice i've ever had. I always look forward to my visits.
