I had a great experience at my recent dental appointment. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They took their time to walk me through each step of the visit, which made the whole experience very comfortable and informative. The provider was very thorough and did an excellent job explaining everything. She reviewed my dental images with me, showed me exactly what she was seeing, and made sure I understood my overall dental health. What I appreciated most was that she also took the time to address an issue I’ve been wanting to fix for years. Not only did she acknowledge it, but she also provided a plan to correct it in addition to my routine dental care. Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with this team.

I LOVE this office and this team 🙏🏻 I went in there in dire need of help after getting the run-around from 3 other facilities in town. They were able to see me quickly, evaluate what needed to be done, and worked with me to get a payment plan implemented. The level of professionalism, compassion and skill is over the top of the line. My procedure went smoothly and I truly appreciate the level of person-ability and comfort they were so kind and gracious in showing. My daughter referred Dr. Decou’s office to me, and I whole-heartedly refer everyone there too.
From the moment I walked through the front door of her office, I knew there was something extra special about the place. Dr. Decou and her entire staff were the epitome of professionalism. I am only giving 5 stars because there is not at option to give more. They have truly earned me as a new patient.
I’ve only left maybe five reviews in my life, and I think one of them was for Dr. Decou and her team after my first visit—but they deserve another. This really has been the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Decou and her staff are just genuinely cool people. They’re welcoming, easy to talk to, and they treat you like a person, not just an appointment. No pressure, no guilt trips, no judgment. If you’re someone who avoids the dentist because you’re self-conscious or embarrassed about your teeth, call Dr. Decou. I promise, the second you walk in and talk with them, all that anxiety goes away. Trust me on this. They explain everything in a way that makes sense, keep the vibe relaxed, and somehow make the whole visit feel… normal. If you want a place where the staff are professional and great at what they do, but also genuinely fun to be around…this is it.
