I was referred to Dr. Halls over three years ago by another dentist who realized I needed a more gentle approach. Dr. Halls is amazing. He always gives me options. I’m thankful that he wants me to keep my teeth as much as I do! His staff is wonderful. I can’t say enough about the great work Dr. Halls is doing!
Dr Halls has been my family's primary dentist for almost 10 years. We have had surgical procedures as well as routine care and it has always been of the highest quality and we have been extremely pleased. More than anything we are impressed by the personal care and compassion shown by both Dr Halls and all of his staff. Would HIGHLY recommend for all of your dental care.
I had a lot of work to get done in my mouth, but I struggled with a lot of anxiety going to the dentist because of past experiences. I was hesitant to try another dentist up here after not the best results or experiences. I had to have some surgeries in my mouth and implants into my gums, so I asked around and was referred here. Dr.Halls is professional, gental, and does beautiful and clean work. He takes his time ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. I will never go to another dentist. And no I am not related, this is 100% a real experience:)
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Halls and his staff! He has given me my dream smile, despite a few setbacks. Their perfectionism and professionalism went above and beyond all my expectations. He is gentle and kind, and always keeps the patient's best interest at the forefront. He gave me choices, and was available to answer all my questions honestly. Dr Halls and staff are truly amazing. I am forever grateful.
If your child has dental anxiety, a needle phobia, or sensory issues do NOT take them to Dr. Halls. They were rushing and pressuring my son to get the iv and when my son said he wasn't ready Dr. Halls walked out of the room without saying a word leaving the assistant to try to talk him into it. When he said he was ready to try again and Dr. Halls came back he expressed he was scared and they told him he had 5 more minutes or they would have to charge us a cancellation fee and that mom would make him do chores to pay it back and not to do that to me because I don't deserve it. This obviously upset him and brought tears, when I tried to comfort my son and tell him it was ok Dr. Halls said "No, it's not ok _____. You have to calm down and get it together." Then continued to try to lecture him. My son asked him to stop touching him and said that he didn't want to talk to him anymore Dr. Halls kept his hand on his arm and continued to talk making my son feel trapped to the point he yelled at him to stop. When we were leaving Dr. Halls said to me "don't let him pull this on you" I find it extremely unprofessional how they treated a child they knew has these anxieties and phobias. Absolutely terrible experience. Zero bedside manner, zero ability to recognize obvious stressors, zero respect for personal boundaries. It is in no way shape or form the responsibility of the Dr. or employees to guilt trip, scold, or coerce a child that is obviously uncomfortable.
