Dr. Fiaschetti and his staff were so patient and kind with my son that has dental anxiety. He was positive and reassuring to me and my son, that put us at ease. Back in November, my son had a few teeth pulled to make room for braces, the Dr. was quick and he called after hours to check on him. I highly recommend this Dr.
Dr. Fiaschetti along with Amber and James totally put my mind at ease when having my wisdom teeth out at an older age. The entire office staff relieved my apprehension and provided great care. Highly recommend them.
Let’s face it…nobody wants to go to the oral surgeon, but believe me Dr Fiaschetti is the exception to the rule. His office is extremely efficient, the staff very friendly and helpful and he is a very professional and compassionate doctor. In November of last year, I had the remaining 15 teeth extracted and two months ago I needed to have a small cyst removed. This morning I had some bone reduced for a better denture fit and two implants put in that my lower denture will connect to. With sedation, the procedure was painless and my day at home has been very relaxed. Thank you Dr Fiaschetti for your excellent work!
Bad customer service by the front desk. I called at 3:50, (they close at 4:30) and they put me on hold for almost 10 minutes, I called again and they put me on hold again for another 10 minutes, never even got a word in before I got transferred to hold music that time, just for me to call back again and they closed their phones early and went to answering service before the office was closed. At least let the people you have on hold know you can't get to them before leaving!!
