So far everything Dr. Austin has done (or his staff) has been painless and smooth. You will definitely love the atmosphere at this place!
Dr. Austin and entire staff are honestly the sweetest and most professional people you will ever meet. I have been going there for 18 yrs and have always received the best dental care. Dr. Austin is very meticulous and very caring. I have never felt any pain during procedures. They are like family to me. Melissa is my dental hygienist and Sally is the hygienist for my husband and son. We love them both dearly and they are the best of the best. My son has been going there since he got his first tooth. He has never cried or been frightened at all because they are just so patient and attentive. Thank you all for taking such great care of us! I highly recommend these guys!!
I've been a patient with Dr. Austin for approximately 10 years or more. Each visit has been very relaxing. The staff is exceptional from registration, Dr Austin and especially Melissa, love her. I love my dentist office. Before Dr. Austin I was terrified of dental procedures but this office takes such good care of me I will not go anywhere else. From the moment you walk in the door you feel loved and comfortable. It’s like they know you and they know exactly what you need. I can call with an emergency and they will get me in and taken care of same day!! Dr. Austin is such a sweet and gentle man and trust me he knows what he is doing!! Sherri, Kelsey, Dr. Austin and the entire staff thank y’all so much for being so awesome!!
I would never go to any other dentist. Dr Austin is knowledgeable, caring and skilled. The entire office is organized and efficient. There are no long waits. Sally has cleaned and cared for my teeth for years. She is an excellent hygienist and a good friend. The entire staff is friendly and efficient.
