Tonya was my hygienist and what a treat having my teeth cleaned by her. They are using a new product and procedure to clean teeth and I will be back more often as I am a person who dreads getting my teeth cleaned although I love the outcome from having my teeth cleaned. This new way was more relaxing for me and there was less scraping with tools on the tarter and stained areas. Dr. Kirsten is always amazing and spends plenty of time answering all of my questions and concerns. Dental solutions never disappoints!
My mother lost a cap while on a cross-country road trip and Dedicated Dental Solutions was able to fit her in when she overnighted in Rapid City. They were so kind offering to get her in at the end of the day with a snow storm starting. She had a wonderful experience, the dentist and staff were all incredibly nice even spending time chatting with her about hiking. I can't thank them enough for working with me and her. Highly recommend if you are in need of a dentist in Rapid City! If I lived in South Dakota instead of Georgia they would be my first choice for a dentist! I called 7 dentists in the area and they were the only ones willing to fit her in on a tight time frame and rather unique situation.
Dr Kennedy is always so friendly and cheerful. She is so thorough with the exam and explains any treatment needed now or possibly in the future. I have tremendous confidence and trust in her with my dental care. Annette Is my dental hygienist and does a great gentle job of cleaning my teeth.
Outstanding care. Dr. Kennedy is so patient and skilled. I had a black out reaction to an anxiety premed and that completely caused me to black out. Rather than send me home in pain, she chose to help me. My husband kindly indicated that I was rather difficult only due to me nagging until he told me. Even more impressive--not one staff member ever said a word about it
Friendly staff at front desk, dental technician were very nice and the dentist was spot on! I recommend you call them for your dental needs! They took care of me, a rusty old veteran!! Great job all around!
