The office was very welcoming. The waiting area has comfortable seating, magazines, and a cozy tea/coffee station. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and I instantly felt comfortable there. Dr. Michael Heller and his assistants went above and beyond to rectify work on my front tooth that was previously performed elsewhere. They made sure I left feeling happy with my smile. I am so grateful for their dedication to providing excellent care. They are truly amazing!
If I could give 10 stars I would. They went above and beyond to help my mother-n-law for her dental emergency and she had a wonderful experience despite needing emergency dental services. They got her in and addressed the issue the same day. I cannot express how grateful we are that they took such good care of her and the dental work that Dr Bajtner completed on her was outstanding! I highly recommend them.
I'm a new patient to Dedicated Dental. I started with them in Feb. 2025. I find Dr. Bitner to be very professional and knowledgeable in Dental skills. I am going through the process of implants. My experience was tremendously smooth and quality of care immensely satisfactory. I will be finishing up with this implant and looking forward to him completing 2 more! Very nice facility and modern equipment. Staff has always been helpful and professional. I'm fortunate to have found a thoroughly well skilled dental office.
This was my second time visiting Dedicated Dental, and I must say they are a class act. Everyone seems genuinely happy to work there and to assist you. The entire office gives off a calm aura that makes me feel like I’m entering a wellness center than a dental office! And I must say that Carlos is the man! He has a very professional, easygoing manner and gives you tips on the proper way to maintain your teeth. He also goes out of his way to demonstrate the correct technique when it comes to flossing your teeth. You can tell he’s really committed to helping you improve your dental care. I’ve been to four different dentists since moving to the Hudson Valley and Dedicated Dental is unquestionably the best. Everyone is super friendly, Dr. B makes every procedure stress free, and - as an added bonus - they make all their crowns in-house, so no two week waiting for some mystery lab to get it to you, just an hour or two tops.
