Pay for the best plan they offer through work, and it barely covers a tenth of what I need for dental work. Trash insurance company and trash insurance plans. Hoping and praying one day dental insurance is made illegal and merged into health insurance instead.
Absolutely refuse to give providers benefit information over the phone even when fax back is not an option. This results in inaccurate estimates for patients. Horrible customer service.
Been trying to cancel coverage for 6 months. Sent emails called and called and called and they still have no problem taking the payment every month. Horrible coverage even when I did have for last 2 years. DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR INSURANCE GARBAGE
Thee worst customer service on Earth!!!! Impossible to reach by phone. And the website information they provide for me on their email billing to contact them is a scam. I will be trying to change my dental insurance ASAP!!🥴
I've been fighting them to be reimbursed on a claim for almost a year. This place does not want to pay claims. This on top of speakimg to robots and being transfered around for hours. Worst Insurance company.
