Tried repeatedly get to an appointment for them to fix the dentures they made me. Right from the start I said there was an issue with the bottom plate was told to just call if it became unbearable to deal with. I called multiple times trying to get an appointment and never got a response. I've now not been able to wear them for over a year! So disappointed after the great service I'd received prior to actually getting my dentures.
I have avoided the dentist for over 20 years (maybe 12 years old is when I saw a dentist last) growing up the dentists were rude and didn’t care if I was in pain. I went in to Dr. Nadeu’s office with extreme anxiety and she instantly made me feel at ease, cracking subtle jokes. At the end of the appointment, leaving with one extraction, I was in tears, not from pain, but from the fact she was so kind, sweet and understanding. I’m so glad I found her office, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
Dr.Nadeau and her employees are so kind! I was so nervous, and they always explained things thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I have a slanted cheek and jawline on the right side of my face due to forcept damage when I was born, I have always had a crooked smile, but not anymore! Dr.Nadeau was so kind and made me feel right at ease, so did her employees! They did an amazing job to custom my dentures. Dr Nadeau brought the denture technicians in to see me even, to make sure my new dentures were straight, despite my very crooked/slanted jawline. Dr.Nadeau has worked so hard for me and has made as many customizations as I need so that my dentures fit perfectly! She knows what she is doing, she is so kind and confident which makes me calmer! I just got my new full set of dentures a couple days ago and they are more than I could ever ask for! The removal of my other teeth a couple days ago went so smoothly! I didn't feel anything and they were out before I knew it! Dr.Nadeau did such a great job helping me relax! I was super nervous from a previous very bad experience at another dentist removing teeth years ago, so I was very nervous, but I had no reason to be! She put on relaxing background music and explained the whole process. I'm so relieved and so glad I chose Dr.Nadeau and Den Dental for my brand new smile! They are professional and their office is clean and very nice looking. The ladies at the front desk are also so nice and worked with me when I wasn't able to make it, then got me in quickly as they could in their busy schedule! Their bathrooms are always very clean everytime I go there also, and I always had to use their bathroom because I drive 2 1/2 hours to get there! I thoroughly recommend anyone to go here for there new smile, you will love it there!
Called today to make an appointment for my 83 year old father with Alzheimer's and was told he needed to call or be on the phone to answer questions/give permission. That would have been very confusing for him over the phone along with he's a bit hard of hearing. Was looking to replace his full set of dentures and pay with cash in full. No new clients until Sept. So we called Aspen Dental and they are getting us right in, 3 days from today and first visit is FREE wow. Thank you Aspen Dental
Worst experience ever! They were rude, misleading, their staff was very pushy.. their bed side manor was terrible the dr.had no interest in me meaning the mood was kinda hostile! While siting in the chair waiting to be seen I overheard the dr. Scold the medical assistant about cleaning the bathrooms atlear once a week! Claiming the staff toilet was " black and had pee all over the seat" and the patient bathroom wasn't much better.. yikes! Big red flag there! I came in nervous because I was led to believe I'd have some aching teeth removed and they made me more nervous with how incompetent the staff seemed telling one staff member to "show her how to do it but don't be connecting" so they took exams then tried to send me on my way when I was told 4 months ago that they were also removing the pained teeth.. they claimed that they didn't have time for that..hmmm I was told different 4 months ago when I made the appointment??!! So I tried to explain that and they treated me like I was a lier and both the ude assistant and dentist attacked my character and started an argument with me.. I even apologized (which I shouldn't had to) and said let's start over and she said I was being postal and told me she was done with me... never have I ever had medical "professionals" treat me so poor and never have had them argue with me! Totally unprofessional! I think I doged a bullet here! Considering the condition of their bathrooms and the seemingly incompetent rude staff I have to say I'm glad they didn't touch my teeth! Nor do I recommend anyone go there for ANYTHING!!! Too bad my friend recommended them.. must had been a different staff and the Dr. Must had been in a better place mentally (shake my head) I sincerely hope she takes a vacation and really fires that staff and maybe hire a cleaning crew for the bathrooms! Better yet NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO TO DEN DENTAL 153 silver st wateveile maine. Or and don't get the wrong door not sure what is going on but I think there is a massage parlor next door down ???!!!
