Dental Artistry truly lives up to its name. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The office is calm, beautifully maintained, and the entire team is both professional and genuinely kind. Dr. Bannan takes the time to listen, explain options clearly, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which makes such a difference. His attention to detail and commitment to quality care are exceptional. If you’re looking for a dental practice where skill, artistry, and compassion come together, I can’t recommend Dental Artistry and Dr. Bannon highly enough.
I want to thank Dr. Tom and his incredible team. The Eastside location staff treat you like family with genuine care and warmth with each and every visit. They have been accommodating in an urgent situation and made me feel at ease. Questions are welcomed and they are wonderful at explaining every step of whatever procedure they may be doing. I love the work they have done on me. True professionals all the way around!
I made an appointment on Friday that required a $75 deposit. I could not cancel the appointment because they are closed on the weekend, so I sent a message to them on Sunday saying that I no longer require their services and wanted to cancel. Now it’s Monday and they call me to say I’m “late to the appointment” and told me I couldn’t get my deposit back because they require 48 hours' notice… LIKE WHAT? I can’t cancel anything if there’s no way of contacting them. Then they said I could still come in and proceed with the appointment to see if I can get my deposit back, because the lady on the phone said I could get it back if I didn’t proceed with any treatment. Once I got there, they wanted x-rays right away that cost $150. I denied the x-rays, and the nurse said they can't proceed without them. I asked if I could get my deposit back because I showed up. The nurse told me to wait in a room while she talked to the front end people. I waited in the room for about 10 minutes, she came back and said I can’t get my deposit back because I didn’t get anything done on my teeth and they classified my booking as a “no show.” Like, what???? Then proceeded to say they “canceled” my appointment without me saying anything or agreeing to canceling my appointment. I was so confused like I’m here I didn’t want the x-rays what’s the deal… I also didn’t say I wanted it cancelled I just wanted her to see if there’s any way to get my 75$ back. This is very scammy. This company is sketchy; I do not recommend. I would like my money back due to not being able to contact the office over the weekend.
As much as I hurt, I feel like I got top notch service!!! The hurt was expected! The excellent service was awesome! I felt like they really knew that I was a real living person, not just a job. They empathized and treated me with respect. I really appreciate it. I'm not as nervous to do the next part as I was going into the last procedure! Thank you all for caring. It shows.
I have been a patient with Dental Artistry for the past 3 years or so. The entire staff from reception to the Dental Assistants and Dr Smith have collectively worked to put me at ease, assist in my treatment plan and greatly improved my overall health. I am so happy that I found this wonderful group of professionals and am very pleased to give them a glowing review. Dianna is one of the best hygienists I have ever had and is not only excellent at her job but very engaging, thoughtful and good at putting people at ease in a not always comfortable environment! Would definitely recommend if you need any dental work!
