10/10 experience and that’s coming from someone who has always hated going to the dentist. Dr. Graf and his staff are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and at ease. They take the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which makes such a difference when you’re feeling anxious. Dr. Graf is incredibly skilled, gentle, and detail-oriented. You can tell he truly cares about his patients’ comfort and long-term dental health not just getting you in and out of the chair. The entire team is professional, kind, and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel heard and comfortable. For the first time, I feel like my fear of dental visits has genuinely subsided. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually don’t dread my appointments anymore. I’m so grateful to have found a dentist who combines expertise with compassion. Highly recommend! Is it weird that I am excited for my next cleaning in 6 months :)
Dr Pat and Abby made me very comfortable as im always a bit nervous to go to a dentist. First time there ans I see why people have referred me. Very thorough and took time to explain in detail and costs related. Very personable made you feel part of the family.
Amy is the best hygienist ever and although I will definitely miss Dr Thompson as he moves on to his retirement, I enjoyed meeting Dr Graf and feel he will make the transition to a new dentist in almost 25 years seamless
I appreciate the honesty and sincerity of Dr. Graff and his staff! They are so friendly and easy to talk to and they listen. Their only goal is to provide us with the best dental care and consideration as a patient. I'm so glad I came to Dental Arts 37 years ago!
Very efficient office. Everyone friendly and helpful. Scheduling is easy and alway get timely appt. reminders. Been going to this office since 1980s. All Drs and hygienist staff are awesome and professional. Thanks!!!
