Dental Arts Lab is amazing! Their products are superior and the customer support is outstanding. Dr. Weinhandl enjoys his work even more because of the quality and ease of seating the products makes both him and the patients smile!
Don't do business with this corporation if you can avoid it. They own a chain of labs and the lab I work with produces good work but you have to deal with the corporation for billing stuff and they are incompetent. I have never had to call a company so many times to try to pay them or take multiple calls to set up an online account. There has been billing issue just about every month that I've had to call.
Your lab was tasked with making my dentures. The first set you received we’re damaged in transit. Once that happened and I was notified by my dentist, I went in immediately for new impressions. This only gave Dental Arts Lab of Peoria 3 or 4 days to have them completed and to Associated Oral Surgeons for my surgery. You team made that happen! I’ve tried my uppers on and they fit like a set of Italian driving gloves. Can’t use my lowers yet due to me waiting for the swelling to go down. If the lowers fit like the uppers, BRAVO ZULU, military for awesome job!!! My thanks to your team for expediting my custom fit dentures!!! Respectfully Michael McCallum
Beware - bait and switch. get you to try out the lab with a bunch of coupons. Work deteriorates, and then they charge for every minor correction - color doesn't even match the vita shades. Before you know it, they start adding a load of additional fees into the cases on top of the $18 / shipping fee - makes it impossible to break even on any removable prosthetic case, unless you are FFS and charge the patient over $2000 for a single removable appliance. Their billing is the worst I've seen amongst all the dental labs I've used over 30 years in dentistry. Poor customer service with no communication or calls returned. Use 'em at your peril!
Unprofessional works for sure, stay away from them the denature I get, it is only in cartoon movie, instead of the follow the print for size and shape of the teeth, they Use their imagination for the teeth. First, size of the teeth not match the actual size, second the shape of the teeth not match the actual teeth, third the shape of gum In the upper denture not match any person in this earth, plus I get my lower denture show up when open my mouth while it was not showing up in my original teeth. Forth I take teeth print with my full teeth on so it is not excuse to tell they dont know what was like.
