A Truly Caring Dental Experience for My Elderly Mom I just want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. William and his assistant Bell for the exceptional care they provided during my 88-year-old mother’s dental extractions. At her age, any medical procedure can be intimidating, but Dr. William was incredibly careful, gentle, and patient with her every step of the way. His calm demeanor and genuine compassion made all the difference. A very special thank you to Bell, who was by my mom’s side the entire time, translating everything clearly and kindly. She made sure my mom understood each part of the procedure, which helped ease her nerves and made her feel safe and respected. Their teamwork and kindness truly made the difference It’s not easy to find dental professionals who treat elderly patients with such care and love, but Dr. William and Bell went above and beyond. We are so grateful and highly recommend them to anyone, especially those caring for aging parents.
I’ve been coming here for over three years for all my dental care, and every visit has been a great experience. The customer service is consistently excellent—from the moment you check in with Ms. Natalie to when you're called back by Ms. Tomeka, who is absolutely awesome! Dr. Williams is fantastic. He takes the time to thoroughly explain any necessary procedures and always makes sure I feel comfortable, even during routine checkups. Thank you all for your continued care and professionalism!
I came in with a lot of pain and discomfort. Mrs Ashley was very gentle and so nice with me on taking the X-rays she was able to explain so well the images of my teeth and what I needed. The doctor was also amazing he was also very gentle with my exam and answered all my questions and concerns. Last but not least Mrs Janice from the financial department. She was able to break down and take me step by step on what I needed. It was a lot but she made the process so smooth and affordable. I honestly would recommend my family and friends to come here. Great job Team!!
The complete staff on down to the doctor was very pleasant they were very nice and polite and good customer service
