Great experience. Front desk staff were nice, and so was the dentist I dealt with! It was a great experience specifically because of Katrina though, she was very nice, thoughtful and informative. She’s the reason I’ll be back!
This was my first time at the facility. I had an unexpected tooth ache. I was able to get an appointment the next day. The reception person was friendly and efficient with my check in and registration. The dental hygienist was thorough and thoughtful. She warned me about a tight x-ray and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Miller was friendly and efficient. She explained what she was doing and why. I was very impressed with everyone.
I absolutely love how friendly everyone in this office is. Dr. B is the best and his assistant is just as amazing. I have suffered panic attacks thinking about having dental work done. For years I had to be sedated just to do anything. I have not had to take anything for my anxiety prior to my appointments. The front office staff is very prompt and detail oriented. The office sends out weekly and daily reminders of your appointment so there's no forgetting your appointment! Price wise, this office is comparable to other offices. Ive been going here for almost 2 years with several issues being resolved. I domt have ins so my treatment plan has always been what needed done immediately, what I could afford each visit, and no pressure to do the latest and greatest fad fix. Dr. B listened to what I wanted and balanced it with what I needed to have done. His "bedside: manners are awesome and I appreciate everything he and his staff has done for me! Hands down the best!
I Always have a fantastic experience from check in to check out. Jess (hygienist) is always amazing and the entire practice runs so smoothly. Even appointment setting, communication, and resolving insurance issues is streamlined so well on top of great customer service from everyone front and back. I work in healthcare process and quality improvement for a living and I’m very impressed by them.
The staff here is absolutely amazing. From the people who make the appointment for you Carol to the dental hygienist who's communication skills are also first-rate her name is Jess. To the doctor that I visited with Dr benedetto. I would highly recommend this to anybody. I recently was diagnosed with some serious health issues they're helping me make the best decisions on what teeth to save how to spend my money and how to invest in my smile. This is something that they take personally and you can really see that they enjoy making people smile.
