On my initial consultation Stephanie was wonderful! My teeth were in horrible condition and I was very embarrassed! Stephanie’s demeanor and compassion sold me then and there on procedure! Dr. Ronnie and his entire staff were great! Dr. Ronnie’s upbeat personality and professionalism are unmatched! It’s been a year since I had full mouth implants and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Dental Care of Montana!! Capt. Jeff Parker

Under new management. The staff very friendly. Had a consult for implants and the gal was thorough and very knowledgeable about the process. She was not pushy and gave us various options to consider. Will definitely continue seeing them for my dental care.

I went to this dentist because they take my insurance. I needed my upper plate re lined. I was told to come in Friday at 4 and pick up Saturday at 10 which was changed to 8 while I was in the chair which was fine however once I got there Saturday morning and my plate was given to me I put it in and I told them many times it was sitting to low in my mouth. I did tell them it fit within my mouth but it felt to low. Like my teeth was to far down in my mouth. Trying to make a long story short they let me walk out after minor adjustments. I got to my car looked in the mirror and smiled and my entire gum was showing up to the very top of the plate. Both the dental hygienist and the guy adjusting my plate told me it looked great and they both seen me smile in it but I didn’t see that until I got to my car. I could tell it irritated him so he says no problem. I told him none of my gums had ever shown when I smiled. He literally sanded my upper plate completely to a point where you could see through it. And then said I can’t send you out with that it will break within a week. I said well that’s not how it looked when I brought it here. He finally redid the alignment which took another 3 hours for me to pick up. She brought me the plate I put it in and smiled my gums didn’t show and it was no longer see through so i left. My teeth feel like sandpaper. I now have to find a dentist and get them corrected. I’m not saying don’t go there the people are nice but I am not sure the man doing there re lining on denture plates knows exactly what he’s doing or he was just not wanting to be there on Saturday not sure. Just a tell of caution. Very unhappy with my results.

Had insurance and paid over $800 dollars in about $2000 in dental work. And had future appointments with them for cleaning. The amount they turn over to collection $140. And when I was in the last time I asked if everything was paid they charged my card and said it was all paid. But phantom bill of $140 shows up and they turn it over to collection. I guess they don't want future business. Do not come here and expect them to be up front with costs and they are over charging from what I see shopping services with others after. Check your prices else where and look at the reviews. This would of been addressed at the next appointment but now it won't.
