The Vineland location is constantly booked and does little to nothing to help accommodate patients rescheduling needs. They will add you to a supposed “list” but really never call about an opening. As someone with a rotating schedule I don’t always know my schedule for the next six months and since their stand by list is nonexistent, rescheduling is months out. Even though they will blow up my phone with automated texts that claim they have open appointments. What they don’t share is that those appointments are for specific services. Even when I try to ask if they have a better waiting list options, the staff is dismissive and will just tell you the next opening. I even told the staff member that I will likely have to change that new appointment (which was originally for November 2025 and now not until February 2026), rather than apologizing for the inconvenience she was just repetitive about the February appointment, as she had no other option.

I have been a patient here for almost 10 years, and every year the service declines. The wait time on the phones are terrible and they hang up on you and do not call back, the staff never have answers. It is a real shame that this place is declining. I would recommend them to everyone I know and now I tell them to stay away.

Dental Care of Vineland on 1500 Lincoln Ave is terrible. They rip people off. They have a crooked way off keeping your deposit even after the insurance pays. I paid ten 1531.00 for two root canals. As it turned out I only need one tooth done. My insurance which is a provider paid. Between me and my insurance company. They got 1,902 for one tooth. Every time I called dental care I got a different answer why I’m not entitled to a refund. Finally after 5 phone calls I finally got a little over 500 back. In addition I was charged 370 for a tooth being pulled that never happened. Said tooth is still in my mouth. When my insurance company Called Dental Care they said they are working on it and I have to quit calling them. Stay away from Dental Care unless you don’t care about your money

If I could put 0 stars I would. The Vineland location is absolutely terrible in all aspects. The wait time is HORRIBLE every time, they reschedule and cancel on you constantly, always overbooked. I had a root canal done over a year ago and have had nothing but pain since. And they come up with every excuse as to why. Finally, I made another appointment because the pain returned again. I waited 2 weeks for an emergency appointment, and they called and canceled it on me the day of and told me they no longer accept my insurance (which they knew already when scheduling the appointment). Absolutely fraud and will do anything to possible to bill you or your insurance.

Scheduled an 830 first visit apt. Got to the lot at 820 signed in at 825. Was waiting for 50 minutes before I left. Ppl who came in after me at the 40-50 min mark was taken back before myself. Overbooking is incredibly disrespectful to someone's time.
