After being traumatized by a dentist as a kid, I’ve always had anxiety about dental visits, but this practice completely changed that for me. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. James has amazing bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything. He’s also hilarious, which makes the whole experience so much easier! I’m so grateful to have found this office! Highly recommend!
Very pleased to have found my dentist. Reception to the hygienist team are some of the very best. Started seeing the dental office for routine cleanings and decided to do my first crown which I have been putting off. I felt comfortable as they have gained my trust and I have to give a big appreciation to how things went. Dr James is knowledgeable, compassionate, and strives to make sure you are fully confident in every decision. Dr James explains concepts in the most perfect ways for you to comprehend. As somebody who has healthy teeth and is not familiar with dental procedures I am very thankful to have the entire team help me along. I have a phenomenal hygienist Alyssa. At my crown procedure, I had the world’s best assistant Agata. I can see how the practice truly values who they have caring for their patients. Very pleased
Typically I am hesitant going to a dentist but Long Grove dental was an exception. From the time I booked my appointment to the actual procedure, everyone made me feel comfortable and pleasant. James was fantastic! He walked me through the procedure and not once made me feel guilty about going to the dentist so late. I’ll highly recommend going here.
We’ve had such a positive experience here. Dr. James is gentle, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. The dental assistants (Agata) are wonderful with kids and make the whole visit feel calm and stress-free. The entire team is friendly and professional, and I really appreciate that they never push unnecessary treatments. So grateful we found this office!
I originally went in for a routine cleaning and was impressed by the professional, polite staff and the quality of their work. The real standout, though, was Dr. James. I had an old filling that had fallen out, and after examining it, he explained that it couldn't just be refilled and would require a cap. I was quite skeptical at first due to past bad experiences with poor dental work and insurance billing surprises elsewhere. However, Dr. James took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which gave me the confidence to move forward. I actually had plans to travel to India soon - where I could have had this done for a fraction of the price - but I chose to take a leap of faith and trust Dr. James instead. I am extremely happy I did. The process was seamless, the quality of work is excellent, and the transparency was very refreshing. He also went above and beyond to ensure there were no billing or insurance issues. TL;DR: If you’re looking for a dentist you can actually trust, this is the place.
