I can't recommend this dentist enough! They were incredibly sweet and made me feel so cared for. The accommodations were fantastic, and they got me in so quickly, which really eased my dental anxiety. It was the best dental experience I've ever had – a definite 10 out of 10! So happy 🤍
I had an incredible experience with Dr. Ickes. I came in needing a tooth repaired, and from start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Ickes took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease the whole way through. The actual repair was quick, painless, and the quality of the work is outstanding — my tooth looks and feels perfect. The staff was friendly, the environment was calm, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, compassion, and excellence, I highly recommend Dr. Ickes.

Everyone was so nice and helpful and they managed to get me in last minute because I was completely swollen from an infected tooth. After many unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past this is a nice change. I’m looking forward to my future visits actually.
They are new to Bowling Green after the former dentist left so I was a bit hesitant. But I was thrilled to see many of the personable hygienists from Dr. Kaiser's office stayed. This was comforting to see familiar faces. When I walked in the same secretaries were there and they were pleasant and patient. The office also has an inviting waiting room with snacks, coffee, and music. When I met the dentist after my cleaning, he was inviting, sincere, and provided information in a positive tone. I may be weird but I love going to the dentist and was grateful this new office did not disapoint.
