I’m traveling through South Dakota in our RV and had a molar that cracked last night(9/12). After reading the reviews about this dental office I decided to give them a call to see if they could help me out. Boy I’m so glad I did they got me in this morning at 11am. An hour later I had a repaired crown that should hold me til I get home later this month. Everyone in the office (I wish I had all your names!!) were so kind and helpful! Shout out to Lexi and Dr Cory! I highly recommend them, THANK YOU!! ❤️
What a great experience we have had at DHP. They have done a wonderful job getting my crown completed and just in time to have it go through on this year’s insurance. I couldn’t be happier with every person who played a role in our care. Thanks to both Dr. Melissa and Dr. Cody who were awesome!
Dr. Cody and Lexie are the absolute best. My autistic daughter was terrified of dentists and has a bad gag reflex and they are so patient with her. Everyone is so friendly.
Personally I did not have a good experience here. They first quoted me an estimate of $300 then charged me $550. As well as gave me a quote for ortho work and then said they weren't skilled enough to do it once I wanted to make the down-payment. After I asked why they led me on so long, Melissa started insulting my teeth like the issues is how bad my teeth are and not how badly they treated me. I really would go somewhere else if I were you. Please.
The staff always are friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and are very calming. I love the building “open concept” layout for anxiety reasons and you look straight outside so you don’t even feel like you’re sitting at the dentist. The hygienists and dentists are very thorough and do a great job with dental care.
