May 2024 Nathan greeted me as soon as I entered the office. He is always friendly and attentive. He is patient in booking appointments, forwarding prescriptions to pharmacy and taking care of billing. The office is comfortable and relaxing as ever. Complimentary coffee is available. My oral hygienist Vicky was cheerful and welcoming. The visit went very well. She made it comfortable and stress free. She instructed me on one area that need attention which I appreciate. I look forward to my appointments and seeing how I'm doing. 9/2023 Appt for periodic dental service. Ample parking with handicap access. Beautiful relaxing waiting area. Coffee is available. Check in by Nathan was very easy. He is always friendly, personable and accommodating. My hygenist was Vickie. She was excellent, caring and thorough. She made recommendations and resources for improvement. I have booked my next tri-annual appt with her. Restrooms are neat and clean. Handicap parking and access are available. 5/2023 Appt for periodic dental service. Maintaining their spacious beautiful calming interior. They have added to their art work collection. Staff was great as ever. My hygenist Jill was wonderful. She gave me some valuable tips and techniques to maintain good oral health. 9/2022 My appt was for 6thonth cleaning. No masks required. The interior is nice and calming. They have new art pieces and new procedures posted. The front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and caring. There was minimal wait for my appt. Jill the hygienist was great. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole procedure. She also provided valuable tips for oral cleaning in between my 6 month cleaning. It was a great experience over all. Easy access off Hwy 95 and Jones. Ample parking with handicap access. Warm welcoming interior with incense, orchid greenery, comfortable seats all put you at ease. Friendly courteous customer service was excellent. You can register online to skip the paperwork at the office. My appointment was for a third opinion on tooth extraction replaced with implant. Dr. Jennifer Cha was great. She explained the procedure and answered all my questions. Of the three doctors she was the best. I felt confident and at ease with Dr Cha and her assistants.

Thank you Doctor Cha for making sure I am comfortable during my dental visits and giving me a smooth experience each time I come in. The best of the best in town !!! And the best team working at this office.

Excellent communication before and after cleaning. Very knowledgeable and helpful advise for keeping my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Would recommend this office to anyone.
