I was a patient here and paid my bill after my appointment. Apparently there was still a $10 balance remaining, but I never received a bill, voicemail, or any type of notification about it. Instead of contacting me directly, the office told one of my family members at her appointment that I owed them money. This is extremely concerning and feels like a violation of patient privacy. Financial information related to a patient should never be shared with others without permission. I would be cautious, as it raises serious concerns about how they handle patient information.
Considering cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign to fix shifting and discoloration but wasn’t sure what direction to take; my visit with Dr. Kuioka answered all my questions and eased my initial inhibitions. The digital scan was impressive and really made me see just how crooked and discolored my teeth actual are 😅 The front desk staff and dental hygienist were very sweet and efficient. Dr. Kuioka is so patient; he took the time to explain my options, the process, what to expect and the best route of care for my concerns. I’m looking forward to the final result!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kuioka and his practice. I’m someone with very high dental anxiety—mostly irrational (I’ve never had a truly bad experience; I just hate dentists and maybe I had to ask my pcp for a Xanax and maybe I still cried for a routine cleaning and cray visit…allegedly)—and when my previous dentist sadly passed away, I put off appointments for longer than I should have. From the moment I called, the team treated me with empathy and zero judgment. At my visit, the front desk was warm and organized, the hygienist was gentle yet meticulous, and Dr. Kuioka was exceptional. He took time to listen, walked me through what he was seeing and why, offered options without any pressure, and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. The technology is modern, the office feels calm, and the entire appointment was smoother and more comfortable than I imagined possible. I left with a clear plan, confidence to follow through, and genuine gratitude. If you have anxiety about dental care—or you’ve been avoiding it—do yourself a favor and book with Dr. Kuioka. Compassionate, professional, and truly patient-centered. Highly recommend.
My previous dentist has retired, and I am now under the care of Keith Koga. His practice is equipped with the latest technology, and he ensures that I am comfortable and pain-free during my visits. The staff is friendly and highly skilled in their profession.
I personally don't enjoy dental visits, but my experience with Dr. Koga and his assistant Renalyn was exceptional. I felt at ease throughout the procedure, and Dr. Koga effectively alleviated my discomfort. Although initial apprehensions were present, the process proved to be remarkably efficient. I intend to return to Dr. Koga for future dental needs, including cleanings and other treatments.
