We were told that our insurance was taken there when it was only partially covered. I wish they would have told us that before going. It felt kinda scammy since they did that. I now have to pay hundreds of dollars for them to do the fastest checkup and tell me "your teeth look great". I got the new dentist, and I feel like she didn't look at my teeth all the way because all she said was "your teeth look great" and I was done. I had to ask about my new wisdom teeth because they just came in and the hygienist said they look like they are coming in great and it didn't look like I needed them taken out because of how straight they are. But the dentist came in and said "Yeah, you need them all taken out." I wish she would have gave me the reason to why the bottom ones needed taken out when they look perfectly fine. It is probably just a way for them to get more money I assume. I thought the overall cleaning was great though because my teeth looked so nice after, but I would make sure the insurance is fully covered before you go there because they won't tell you.
I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Beckwith. She did a great job of explaining a dental plan for me. I felt I made the right choice of choosing Dental Innovations.
Dr. Beckwith is so kind and good at explaining things. I am so blessed to have her for my dentist as well as the awesome staff there. 🙌

I feel that they really took the time to get to know me and my health history. I look forward to coming back for years to come!
My son broke his jaw and broke a tooth in a football game out of town. Dr. Bargen met us at the clinic after hours. She worked on his tooth to save it as the root and pulp were exposed. Dr. Bargen was so kind and caring as always! She went above and beyond and we are so very thankful!
