For the service here, I give 5 stars! I haven't gone through a payment process yet, I assume because of insurance, so I don't have any feedback on that. Also, I only had x-rays and a cleaning done. I will say my husband had a root canal here and he was very happy with the staff and experience. First of all, everyone was so nice! Mandy at the front desk, Makayla, who did the x-rays and cleaning, and Dr. Burris, who consulted with me after and also checked things. They made sure I was comfortable and they got some basic questions out of the way so that you can feel supported and understood. All I remember from the last time I got a cleaning as a kid was pain, but at Dental Solutions- no pain! Of course there were moments where it was uncomfortable. They had to get photos and clean everything. I would highly recommend this place. I don't feel like I have anxiety about the dentist anymore! They give you ample opportunity to express any concerns and ask questions. Will be returning for any dental work!
I’ve never been to a dentist that actually cares about its patients. It was hard for me to focus with how much pain I was in, but they go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I can’t get over how nice they were. They even gave me a blanket as a gift and a tour of the facility. They didn’t try to rush me out. They were very thorough with diagnosing my swelling issue. They got it done and made a plan for future work. Amazing people. I’ve never seen a dentist I actually enjoy going to. 😂
By far the best dentist I have ever been to in my life!! Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. They gave me a tour of the office since I was a new patient and even gave me a card and a gift! 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I was very pleased with my visit at Dental Solutions. Everyone made me feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. I really appreciated the time Alex and Dr. Burris took to get to know me. Everything was explained very thoroughly and in a way that was very easy to understand. It helped me make a decision on the next steps I needed to take for my dental health. Hands down one of the best doctor visits ever (not including the nice welcome gift 😉)
Had a poorly fitted crown from another dentist that has caused discomfort since originally fitted. Dr. Lauren expertly repaired the previous work, created a new temp and got me set for my perm crown. The experience was not very painful and well managed by the doctor and her very friendly dental assistant. 100% will be a returning client.
