She allows you to feel if you can trust her. Dr Brown Floyd and the young lady work side by side remarkable well. I recommend Dental works Dr Brown Floyd and her team are amazing 👏
First office visit.. I was very pleased 😊👌🏽 called and scheduled last minute yesterday but unfortunately had to be recommended to an oral surgeon. But will definitely come back and make DentalWorks my place for all my dental needs Dr. Floyd and the staff are Awesome 🤩
The folks at Dental works in Anderson are amazing. Very kind and helpful. Polite. I had all my teeth removed in one day. It was pretty smooth and everything is healing very well.
I’m not typically impressed with dentists but that’s mostly on me as I have had many bad experiences. Dr Floyd and her staff were absolutely outstanding! Personable and professional, all of them. I was particularly impressed with Dr Floyd and the time she took with me, explaining my X-ray and the reason a referral to a specialist was necessary. I’ve found my new dentist and couldn’t be more pleased.
I brought my grandson to Dental Works in December to fix a bridge of his upper front teeth. When he went back to start the process, there was no one there doing dental work except for a Dentist and a young lady doing X-rays. The dentist put a post in his mouth and finally realized that it was bent. So they would have to get more in stock. We made the appointment to come back and on 3 separate occasions he was told the office staff were sick and throwing up and they would be back in touch. By then we realized that we had made a mistake. They never completed the work he needed. They were paid by my credit card company. And have told the card company they have completed all the procedure! The procedure was not completed by Dental Works, but Synchrony Bank, My credit card Holder was told they completed the work. they are holding $3632.00 dollars of my money and I am having to get a Dentist that will fix what they messed up . Totally Wrong way to do business.
