This review is only about the wait time. Not for Dr. Karen himself, who is wonderful. When you go to the Belden Village office of dental works, be prepared to wait 40 minutes to 90 minutes. To me, this is ridiculous. They should not book appointments that close if they cannot handle the load.
I had been putting off my wisdom tooth surgery for years due to my fear of complications. I even called a couple of days before the procedure with canceling on my mind because I was so afraid and didn’t want anyone to care for me after the procedure. I’m now 7 days out from getting all 4 extracted and must say that it was so much quicker and easier than I thought it would be. I’m healing up perfectly. The women in the office were even so thoughtful to give me and my caretaker cake after the surgery. I can’t recommend Dr Krajekian and his team enough. Shoutout to Barbara in the office for being so caring and thoughtful.
I cannot say enough how welcoming and helpful these guys have been. They helped me in my unique situation and answered every question I had. I would recommend anyone to them.
Had my bi annual teeth cleaning today and l was greeted by friendly staff. I had an appointment and zero wait time. The dental hygienist was also very professional and friendly, taking x-rays and thoroughly cleaning my teeth. Overall, a wonderful experience.
we have been waiting for close to a year for a refund. i can never get in contact with the Belden office, the call going straight to India. ive asked them to have the branch call me and i have never been called back. we live 45 minutes away but went once in person to get thus taken care of but nothing has worhed. I told the last customer service representative that i am not going to give up. i even went to the corporate website and left multiple messages. NOTHING!!!! i am trying the Better Business Bureau next. i am beyond mad!!!!!
