Excellent care! Everyone was kind, polite and completely professional. Freely offered smiles and laughs. Especially my highest rating goes to my hygienist Jill. I can’t thank this office enough for the excellent care I received.
My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed. Dr McGee and the entire team (including office staff) were amazing. The office staff were friendly and explained all financial costs clearly. The surgical staff were phenomenal at calming my daughter prior to surgery along with providing clear post op instructions. I highly recommend Dentists of Lake Charles. Great staff and clean facility!
From the moment I checked in and to the moment I checked out was a great experience. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and nice. My dental hygienist Jill was amazing. Very caring and you can tell that she loves what she does. Takes her time and makes sure everything is discussed with you and done correctly. She’s very kind and funny! I loved my experience and have been coming here for several years and it’s always been a great experience. The girl taking my X-rays was super sweet and nice and listened to my concerns and voiced them to Jill and then she mentioned it to the Dentist. Even when I was checking out I was greeted and spoken to kindly. It’s always refreshing going to an establishment and everyone being in a good mood. For it being super early in the morning everyone’s beside manner was perfect. (: thank you guys! Yall are awesome! (:
As the mother of a child with autism I cannot recommend Dr. Dent enough. He is an incredible dentist and human being. Never have we felt more comfortable in an office or during an appointment. Even in the waiting room, where my daughter usually has the most problems she was 100% comfortable and understood. Appointments and going out anytime in public is always tough for us, but this was the best experience outside of our home with our daughter. Having a dentist who understands that my daughter has special needs has been an absolute blessing.
I am so blessed that I found Dentists of Lake Charles! They were able to work me in sooner than I had expected which was great due to the fact that I had been in pain for weeks & nobody else could help. The receptionists, dental assistants, dentists, the whole staff was so wonderful! They made sure I was comfortable, they actually cared which is hard to find these days. They explained everything in detail, made sure I was okay throughout the procedure because of my anxiety. From start to finish, they were amazing & I couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you Dentists of Lake Charles! 💜
