What a great experience! The team was patience and knowledgeable concerning all of my questions. Unfortunately I have had poor dental visits in the past and have always been weary of going. But this experience was wonderful from start to finish. Thank you DentPlant!
It all began with an infection. I have implants. A regular dentist pit me on antibiotics and said I needed a oral surgeon who does implants. My search began and I saw 3 dentist who just took xrays but didn't go any further. They needed a tool but didn't know what tool. I was given DentPlant from a friend and told they will be able to help. I called to make an appointment. They scheduled me the next day, saying they could help. Every dentist told me that. The next day I went there. They took me in, did xrays, removed the screws and cleaned my upper and lower set, repaired a broken tooth and reinstalled them. I found the dentist office that makes thing happen. It was pleasant, relaxing and actually kind of fun. Everyone there was real nice, they were all happy. It's seemed like a real good place to work but the dental service was the best. I have them as my dentist now and I would recommend going there if you really want to get things done. You'll have a good experience.
For someone who’s never had a problem with a tooth, I was thrilled how quickly DentPlant was able to fit me in to be seen by Dr. McGlaughlin. The front desk and dental assistants are always professional and courteous. Dr. McLaughlin is exceptional at explaining everything he does and takes the time to answer any questions you have.
I’ve been doing Botox for the last 15 years. I decide not to drive too far to get my Botox done because I heard that this place have a great price and the Botox pretty good ,so I decide to give them a chance, after four weeks, that I had done ,I had many waves at my Forehead same location where I have my Botox done ,I call for a touchup. The doctor say yes come over I can do a touchup for you so I did, He was not happy that I told him about the waives , ( his words was I don’t want to argue with you, when I was trying to show him the waives that’s was completely clear on my Forehead )I wish that I had the opportunity to share the picture here, my wife me and friend told me that the product that he use it’s poor, he’s was very very rude applying the touch up, brutal when he was applying, very sad this customer service.
The technicians were very efficient and explained all of the steps during testing and Dr Prouet was also very great explaining my condition and future treatment.
