Very disappointing experience with Dentures by design. The receptionist or whoever sets appointments is thoroughly incompetent! Went in for an initial consultation and talked to a young man about options to replace an upper plate. He kept stressing how he would meet my dental needs as if he was trying to convince himself. First red flag. Supposedly, my dental insurance needed verified before a follow up appointment could be scheduled... estimated 2 wk. wait before scheduling. Two weeks came and went, so I called. Apparently the receptionist couldn't verify coverage with the card she copied on the first visit. Submitted my card, in person, again with further documentation of insurance coverage. Strike two. Two more weeks go by. I call again only to find out "she" meant to call that my insurance was verified and they would mail an estimate of cost and procedure, soon. Two more weeks, no estimate, strike 3. I think the kids are ruining dad's business. I know I am done with these people and suggest you avoid them as well
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about an experience with this denture clinic. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed—later I found out it’s because management treats them poorly, which sadly reflects in their customer service. Appointments are rushed, and you're made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued patient. I also witnessed staff being spoken to in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner, which was honestly uncomfortable and upsetting to see. No one should be treated like that, especially in a healthcare environment that’s supposed to provide comfort and care. The lack of compassion, both toward clients and ESPECIALLY employees, is shocking. It’s clear this clinic prioritizes profit over people, and it shows in both the quality of service and the general vibe of the place. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for denture care—somewhere that actually values its patients and ESPECIALLY their staff.
This place is great. I felt welcomed and cared about. Definitely pleased ,Would highly recommend.
The dr was great very kind and he mad sure my dentures fit comfortably 👌 very happy
