Beware of this dentist office. The front desk is truly friendly and welcoming, Which I love them ALL! Beautiful window views watching the squirrels, lol. The worse part is looking into those nice eyes of his while trying not to talk as much. It's sad that I always look forward to coming back. Great place and very good at what he does.
Dr. Derksen and his staff are truly amazing! Our son woke up with terrible tooth pain and we received a quick response, an action plan for what steps to take, and were able to get a follow up appt scheduled very easily! So grateful for this practice - well worth a long drive to see them :)
I have had significant anxiety about going to the dentist since I was a kid, but I have always had a food experience at Derksen Dentistry. Dr Derksen and his staff are awesome. He puts you at ease, explains everything thoroughly, and does his utmost to keep your teeth healthy. They are, without a doubt, the best dental office!
Jasmine, hygienist, very thorough. Does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She found plaque build up, between two crowns, deeply seeded in my gum. Used Novacane to remove build up. It was effecting my bone. 6 months later the bone is improving. Dr. Dan is so personable & great at what he does.
⸻ I’ve been with Dr. Derksen for a long time, and I absolutely love his office atmosphere. My hygienist, Jasmine, is the friendliest, sweetest, and most professional person—every visit with her is a great experience. I also really appreciate the front desk staff. The woman with the purple hair (I can’t remember her name) is always so kind and consistent. Lorie is one of my favorites as well. There’s also a new guy who took my exam photos—I liked him a lot—and his mother works at the front desk and was very nice, too. Overall, I’m extremely happy here. Customer service isn’t always great everywhere these days, but Dr. Derksen’s office truly shows how people should be treated. I’ll admit, the previous receptionist from years back never made me feel comfortable—I often felt like she talked about me as soon as I walked out the door. So I’m especially grateful for the positive change. This team is wonderful, and I can’t recommend them enough.
