I had a really great experience after a same hour referral from my dentist, they got me in immediately. Entire staff was very kind and comforting. Dr. Grant is professional, and very good at what he does; ensuring he kept me updated each step and checking to make sure I was doing okay.
I had double jaw surgery for functional issues with Dr. Allen. He never made me feel like I asked too many questions, never rushed me at all. Before surgery, the day of, and after, he took great care of me. I always knew I’d be safe knowing he’d pop in and check on things. He listened to my issues, but also took into consideration the aesthetics of such a surgery, and listened to my worries. He genuinely exceed expectations. He also did not sugarcoat things, did not over promise, but he also didn’t worry me. I felt like he was being honest with all of our meetings. My surgery was at Banner Baywood Medical Hospital, which also was incredible. A fantastic surgeon, and also a fantastic surgical team and nursing staff. I left the hospital after surgery, but found myself in extreme pain, and another surgeon at AZ max helped me since it was so late at night. They both talked about my case and got me fixed up in to time. Dr. Lemieux and his assistant got me into the office the morning after the ER visit and made sure everything looked good, and I was in no pain. Highly recommend Dr. Allen, as well as the other surgeons!!
My husband is on blood thinners. Regular dentists were reluctant to give him the care he needed to extract some teeth, but Dr. Hanson stepped up and treated him without a problem. The second time was a real Godsend, as our regular dentist failed to deliver on their commitment and we were left in the lurch. I’m now confident that my husband’s oral health is on the mend, thanks to Dr, Hanson’s expertise and compassionate care.
This place is 5 star! So very professional...friendly and never bothered with a million questions. Dr Grant and his team of assistance (Mary and Kayli) were amazing with my special needs daughter. Extremely attentive and patient with her...Love you guys..thanks for a A+ experience
I highly recommend Desert Valley Oral Surgery. Dr. Hansen and staff are great. I needed an implant and bone graft procedures, which went very well with no pain.
