I’m new to the area and was looking for a new dentist for myself and family. As a fellow dental professional I must say I was extremely pleased with my visit today at the office! From the time I walked into the door it was a great experience. I was greeted promptly by front desk staff and everyone in the office was professional and friendly. Both assistants were great and Dr. Baqai (wife) was amazing as well. I made myself and my 2 daughter’s new patient appointments, as well as recommended the office to other’s I know looking for a dentist.
I would highly recommend you check this place out, we were scared at first because dental work can be very intimidating. After speaking with the staff over the phone my mothers mind was put to ease. From the front desk staff to the dentist everyone was very nice and patient with my elderly mother. They were able to make adjustments to her dentures that she had done some where else and now she can wear them comfortably. If you have any doubts about getting help just know this is the right place for you. Very cost efficient and efficient. 10 star review
I was terrified of the dentist after years of bad experiences. My first visit here was automatically just different. The environment and the staff put you at ease and quickly earn your trust. I was scared of getting my teeth pulled to get dentures and they were so kind and patient with me. I didn't even need to be put to sleep and still felt no pain while having several teeth pulled...they go slow and check on you multiple times throughout the procedure to make sure you are comfortable. I just received my final set of upper dentures and a lower partial and I absolutely love them! You cannot tell they aren't real and the dentist really puts his all into making sure every detail is perfect. I live an hour and a half away, but every trip over the last year was absolutely worth the outcome! Thanks again to the team here at Detroit dentures and implants for giving me back my smile and confidence, I appreciate you all more than you know.
This office is more than a visit to the dentist, it's more personal. Everyone from the Doctors to the reception and scheduling staff show a personal relationship to every customer. Everyone goes far beyond what you'd expect from a dental visit, you really are treated with respect and show true concern for you. Every staff member knows you and your specific needs and takes pride in serving you. I can't say enough positive things to convey the level of commitment provided. You actually look forward to your next visit.
I had a bad infection and was in sever pain called DR. SAJID BAQAI office and he advised me on wha meds and how to use them effectively and welcomed me into his clinic the next morning to help me remove my infected worn out teeth. Went in today at 9 am the wonderful staff took great care of me they were helpful and very sympathetic. After I was assigned a room Dr. Shaimaa Baqai came in gave me local anesthesia and in no time her expert gentle hands removed all my bad teeth and helped me feel much better. Thank you Detroit Dentist for taking me in such short notice and going above and beyond I felt like I was with friends and family members, your warm welcoming attitude and speed and empathy makes a huge difference.
