I had an amazing experience at DFW Oral Surgeons with Dr. Lim and his team, Olivia and Linette. I went in to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted after dealing with pain over the weekend, and they were able to get me in on Monday for an exam and extraction. As someone who experiences anxiety when it comes to anything dental related, the entire staff made my fear completely go away. They communicated clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood all of my options. Olivia was especially accommodating and compassionate regarding a specific fear I have with dental work. Both Dr. Lim and Olivia made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. Linette was very informative, taking the time to explain my options and answer every question I had. Thank you, Dr. Lim, Olivia, and Linette truly a great team! 🤍

Dr. Lim and his team are incredible. Every single person here was genuinely caring and understanding. I had never experienced any doctor's office that actually acknowledges what you wrote in the intake paperwork before this one. Dr. Lim and his assistants took the time to listen to my concerns, give me options, educate me, and work with me on things that would normally be considered "difficult". They are not pushy one way or the other and just want to do what's best for you. They actually made getting a tooth pulled enjoyable. Thank you everyone there. Honestly the best dental experience I have ever had.

Yesterday, after several days of intermittent pain in my jaw and back right bottom molar, the pain yesterday pushed me to Google search to find a local Oral Surgeon that could extract it the same day. I called 11 different offices. Some did not even answer the phone. Some said they didn't have an open slot since it was already early afternoon on a holiday, MLK Day. As I was calling the 11th one on Google Map, my phone rang from DFW Oral Surgeons, one of the ones that didn't answer. She was so sweet and said Dr. Lim could squeeze me in at 3pm, (it was already 2pm). She texted the link to their new patient forms which took 30 minutes to complete and was the easiest app for medical forms I have ever used! I got there at 5 till 3 and only had to wait a few minutes before Olivia invited me into the clinical area. She and every team member had an awesome attitude which greatly contributed to the experience. The x-ray machine was the latest and greatest and took seconds seconds to produce the clearest images I've ever seen. Then Olivia brings in Dr. Lim who immediately shook my hand and made me feel welcome. He explained the images from every angle and answered all my questions. Then Kate presented the treatment plan with discounts and a total that did not break my bank account. I gladly gave her my card then Olivia made sure I was completely comfortable with a blanket and water. By the time the gas took effect, Dr. Lim came back in and said, "Let's get this party started!" I laughed and asked if I could pray for our time together and he said, "Absolutely! We pray together as a team each morning before they start the work day." They also said they are respectful of each of their patients' faith preference. The shots were the only slight pain I felt through the whole procedure and took only minutes to complete with no extra cutting or trauma! Olivia send the meds order to my pharmacy which was ready when I got there after leaving. Dr. Lim even followed up by text a few hours later after I got home to make sure all was going well! So the moral of the story is...don't waste your time calling down a whole list of oral surgeons! Call DFW Oral Surgeons and be ready for the best dental experience of your life! Thanks Dr. Lim and team and may God bless each one of you in 2026 and beyond! P.S. Its 9am the next morning and I awoke with NO PAIN! GLORY TO GOD!
