I love Diamond Dental - I have been a patient with Diamond for my entire life, I have always seen Dr. Najar and then recently the new doctor who came a few years ago and both are fantastic! My hygienist Bree I could not speak highly of enough, she is so kind, considerate, gentle, and just all in all fun to be around and spend time with when my cleanings come up! Most people dread the dentist, I genuinely enjoy it because I know I am always walking into friendly smiles, genuine people who love their job, and leaving fulfilled and with such clean teefies every time teehee!!!! Seriously they are the place to be for all your dental work and needs. I recommend often to friends and family that Diamond Dental is trustworthy and worth the investment in your health!!!! Thank you Diamond Dental for all your hard work to bring about the best patient experience possible, while being professional and all around caring for each patient you serve. Genuinely you all work so hard, and it shows!! I was referred to this dentistry and glad that I was. The dental assistant was quite chipper and always concerned for my safety. Dr. Clough was so refreshing. He did not try to sell me thousands upon thousands of dollars in dental work, was friendly, and made me feel I was involved in my own dental care by asking me what I was concerned about and my expectations. My previous dentist gave me an estimate the price of a new car (!!!) and when his assistants got done with my fillings (after having their own personal conversations and not paying attention), I developed a very large abcess, had to take antibiotics, they still billed me, had a swollen upper lip, then a snotty letter sent to me stating he did not feel I was good fit for their practice! The young women up front had a nice sense of humor so I'll be looking forward to my next appointment:🤞
I am 72 years old. And I’m pretty terrified of all dentists. Mainly because of past experiences. Diamond dental, including Dr. Cough, Julio and all of the wonderful staff upfront. Were wonderful to me. I felt very welcome very accepted. They had great empathy for an old lady who scared of the dentist. And yesterday I had my first visit with a couple cavities filled and some teeth looking nice. And I had no fear no apprehension I felt great. I felt like OK. I can come back and see this dentist again. I’m very fortunate that diamond dental called me back when I was looking for a dentist and I would recommend them to anyone older or young because they are amazing. Amazing people.
Dr Clough is great and is so good at discussing health options. The Tech was highly skilled and very friendly. Made the visit easy.
Dr. Richard Clough is a great provider. Good communicator and friendly. They have a wonderful team and staff. Exceptional cleaning (listened to my anxieties about past experiences). Highly recommend.
