Dr. Vazquez Is very kind and a great dentist. I went a few years without going to the dentist and ended up needing a tooth pulled and two fillings, She did both for me, And in each appointment Her and the Assistants did a great job at making me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I have a lot of anxiety, especially with dental work. Whenever I needed any kind of adjustment or break, they were quick To allow me that. Safe to say, my dental anxiety has significantly lessened after going to this clinic. If you are scared of dentist, definitely try this clinic out! Everyone I’ve met has been so kind!
This was the nicest group of people I have ever experienced in any medical/dental office. I had a tooth break in half on the top front of my teeth but I didn't have a dentist in Hot Springs yet. I had a flight scheduled to my granddaughter's graduation in Virginia and it was only 3 days away. I called several dentists that couldn't fit me in. But, this dental office was completely understanding and told me not to worry they would be happy to help me. They gladly provided me with a temporary solution that would save my embarrassment and I couldn't have been more thankful! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Even if you don't live in Hot Springs, I think the short drive here would be well worth it!
Terrible experience by the new guy. He wasn’t even my dentist, somehow due to an emergency visit some time back I got ditched to him. No one asked me. Fast fwd to this visit, he couldn’t fix the problem but had already charged me for the crown. When he realized I was going to have to go to an oral surgeon, he was hoping I wouldn’t ask to be refunded for the crown he couldn’t place. I did ask to be refunded for something he couldn’t do. They refunded it and then told me they wouldn’t see me anymore. Amazing accountability. I’ve heard of this happening to others with the new guy.
I have seen both Dr Plyler and Dr Mayfield. They are both gentle caring dentists. I appreciate the amount of time they spend with me and seem genuinely concerned with any problems I’ve had. Their office staff is friendly and their location is very convenient as well.
I googled same day dentures, this was the first office to show up in the feed. I went to this location and asked about same day partials or dentures and they do not offer this service. Send offs take about 2 to 3 weeks to come back. Lovely facility but definitely not a same day denture office.
