Knowledge of a specific condition I have had. Which without this Particular insight there was a very real possibility of negative outcomes.He took all considerations before,during and after insuring the highest level of Competence in my Procedure. We had dentures made here in 2021. We were told that all future re-aligns and fittings would be covered with the initial denture fee we paid. Went into today to be told the dentist that did the dentures is no longer with the practice, and they do not honor any promises or warranties. We spent thousands to have the work done at this office due to them making the dentures in house and the ability to adjust them without additional expenses. Part of owning a practice is honesty and following through with guarantees made to patients. This place falls way short of the mark.
I always enjoy my experience at Diamond Valley Dental! Dr. Mufti is very knowledgeable and has a great beside manner! What I can say about my dental hygienist Ashley is she's great all around! Stay blessed.
Staff is great once we get to the back for appointment. However, I have had issues with the communication through text with the staff. They quoted me for 1st cleaning without insurance in text but then charged $100 more at service. And I personally am very busy so I find it very off putting to state I need to confirm an appointment or you will cancel it. I am lucky if I even catch that text message to confirm.
