Dr Doug is honestly THE BEST dentist I've ever had! I got in an accident and got a couple of my front teeth broken and/or knocked out and Dr Doug went above and beyond to give me my smile back within a year. They look better than they did before! He's even fixed problems left or created by the work of my previous dentist. Plus, he and his staff are so nice and friendly I always feel like I'm visiting friends when I go into the office. Can't beat great work done by great people.
Best dental practice I’ve ever been to. To prove that - I live in Washington now, but schedule my dental visits whenever I come back to South Bend because I trust the providers here 100%. I’ve been coming to Dr. Kosek’s for a few years and my experiences have all been top notch. The providers only recommend what’s absolutely necessary; they’ll never try to talk you into services you don’t need - which I truly appreciate! My hygienist (Jenny) is super gentle when cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Kosek and Dr. Conroy are genuinely the nicest, most down-to-earth doctors you’ll ever meet. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care.
Dental visits has traumatized me in the past. So I have avoided dentist for a while. However, my dental pain exceeded the fear plus I just received new dental insurance. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted warmly. One dentist said “good morning, friend!” Those words brought so much comfort, I was able to begin to relax. And Lena was so gentle and soft spoken which also helped ease the stress and tension I was experiencing. They did not shame me for taking so long to come in as another dental office did. I’m still nervous about the resolution, however I’m Not a nervous wreck, because I felt they genuinely cared and sensed my anxiety. Thank you for being so gentle and caring!
I have been a patient of Dr Kosek for 30 years. He and his staff are always so kind and gentle. They are fair and never over charge. His staff seem to stay forever, which speaks highly of him and the office dynamic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I suppose no one thinks a dental appointment is fun, but Dr. Kosek’s office makes it as pleasant as possible. I have been a patient since I moved to this area three years ago. I have been impressed by the advanced technology, friendly staff, and commitment to patient’s satisfaction. In my recent visit Dr. Conroy spent much time and effort to make sure my crown was comfortable. This sort of attention is typical of my experience with Dr. Kosek, the hygienists, and the administrative staff. Dr. Kosek’s office is a model of professional competence and patient care.
