I had my implant surgery back in August of 2025. I can say without reservation, this was clearly the best decision I've made in a very long time. My mouth was a Gong Show. Thirty years of ice hockey and rarely flossing, my teeth were breaking at the gum line and the one's that remained looked horrible. I had lost almost all my molars and was left with just my front teeth. I finally decided to shop the field of dental implant places in the Dallas area. I made an appointment and spoke with Tracy(who you'll love. She's awesome) and we discussed my teeth, treatment plans and what my expectations were. She couldn't have been nicer. She was very thorough and and we joked around. She's a big fan of hockey. Tracy scheduled my appointment with Dr. Mueller for the preoperative exam. He was, honestly, one of the coolest doctors I've met, and I've met a few. We discussed the procedure and what I could expect post surgery, pain wise. He was right. The pain was minimal, and I was able to carry on the next day with little discomfort. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed a month prior to my surgery. She was miserable for two weeks. I was expecting a similar experience with having all my teeth removed. She was genuinely upset I wasn't in more discomfort than she was. My biggest issue with my new teeth coralled my tongue when it was free-range before, because I had no teeth back there. The sides of my tongue were sore for about ten days. You might not be eating steak within two weeks of your surgery, but you will eat steak again. I can't be happier with my smile. The whole team did a bang-up job. If you're considering a new smile for either utilitarian reasons, aesthetics, or both, Doctors Implants is where you want to go. They're a great team there and you won't be disappointed. Dr. Danielle Larivey and the staff at Doctors Implants have been phenomenal throughout this entire process. Highly recommend for their professionalism, understanding and compassionate care throughout my journey. They provided thorough and detailed explanations of the process, and their entire approach is outstanding. The state of the art technology utilized is incredible, and the entire experience has been amazing from start to finish. It’s been life changing and ultimately has provided me peace of mind.

Getting full mouth dental implants has truly been a life-changing experience for me. They explained the entire process from the scans to the surgery to the final teeth in a way that was easy to understand and reassured me that I was in good hands.The results are amazing. My new smile looks natural, feels secure, and has completely changed my confidence. I can eat normally and smile with my family and friends in pictures without hesitation anymore.
