Powered by GoogleOur experience here was nothing short of amazing!! The receptionist is so incredibly friendly and has a smile on her face that you can even feel through the phone. She was able to schedule us the same week I called, my son was having some pain in his gums!! The dental hygienist was so friendly and energetic with my 7yo son! He was able to sit and listen the entire time with her informing him of everything she was doing and making it fun for him! The dentist was very nice too! My son had one of the best experiences at a dentist office he’s ever had!! We will definitely be long time patients of Dorset Street Family Dental. Thank you for making our first experience there so welcoming and supportive!!
Very warm and professional, very quick scheduling with a dentist for exams and treatments. The single hygienist is booked much farther out, so cleanings are the only service with a significant wait time. Dr. Baker and his team provide excellent care and create a very comfortable patient experience.
Before the new owners this was a great practice!!! The dental hygienist was great. Through and pleasant. The dentists who took over seem to be doing extra dental work- they Caused extensive damage drilling too deep on my wife’s filling. Then claimed I needed fillings. We both Consulted another dentist and no cavities were found! Stay away !!
Always very very nice! Understanding, patient and respectful. I don’t like dentists AT ALL! I avoided them for YEARS! But it’s not so bad going here. They work around your “fears” and “quirks” They talk TO you, they don’t talk DOWN to you. I 110% Recommend coming here!!!
Untrustworthy and false claiming. Last year, I went to Dorset Street Family Dental for an appointment. They had claimed that I needed to schedule an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed, because of my mouth size and because it would cause crowding. I had scheduled it on the 30th of January this year, made sure I had done the requirements beforehand, and went in that day to do the procedure. When the surgeons started cutting me open on the right side of my gums, they saw that there was no wisdom tooth, so they proceeded to do an X-ray of my teeth. When I woke up, they told me that I did not have wisdom teeth on any side of my teeth, and had restitched the place they had cut in. This dentist's office had sent out someone else's X-ray, thinking it was mine when it was not. They lied to me about having wisdom teeth and claimed I would've had crowding if I didn't resolve the issue. I do not recommend going to a place that gains and works with uneducated and untrustworthy dentists who don't ask for previous records and go off of details that may or may not be true.
