Dove Dental has been absolutely outstanding from the moment I walked in. The entire team sets the tone with kindness and professionalism, and my experience only got better from there. My dentist was incredible, patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. And my dental hygienist, she was just as impressive: gentle, thorough, and clearly passionate about making sure I continue to follow her guidelines to keeping my mouth healthy. I felt great today that she said I was doing a great job. It’s rare to find a dental group where you feel genuinely cared for, but Dove Dental delivers that and more. I was very nervous going into a new dentist, but they made my experience very good! They were kind, caring and explained everything to me in detail. They took the extra time needed and didn't make me feel bad for being so nervous. Candice was amazing and helped with communication about how I was feeling. The dental hygienist and the dentist were SO helpful and truly gave me hope that things were going to be okay! I cannot reccomend this office enough, it truly is the best place to go if you are extremely nervous.
This was my first visit with Dove dental. I hadn’t gone to the dentist for a few years so I was nervous how the appointment would go. The whole staff was nothing but wonderful from the time I came in and alleviated my nervousness right away. Everyone was very kind and professional and seemed to want to take the time to get to know me while getting all the information they needed to take care of my teeth properly. I walked not being confused about what they were telling me and gave me a clear plan of action for the work I might need to get done in the future. Now I’m not so nervous to go back for my next appointments.
My hygienist, Jessica, was awesome! She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable while giving me a thorough cleaning. Dr. Smidley was very nice and was humming while looking at my teeth. He seemed to genuinely be loving what he was doing. Overall a great experience at Dove!
First time at Dove dental and I was definitely impressed. Not only are the ladies and Dr's at dove dental compassionate they are patient as well. The insurance specialist was more than helpful, she explained how my insurance works and even though I was anxious she didn't get frustrated. ( I've had bad experiences). I had a simple tooth extraction done and it was painless even after a few hours! The whole team lives up to the positive reviews! The whole atmosphere was amazing. Thank you Dove dental!
