Loved my experience ♥️. Made a appointment for a referral to oral surgeon, went in for xray came out with no top teeth. They broke everything down for me money wise, found out I didn't have the copay for surgeon and they got me in same day heck 10 minutes later for extraction. Was as good a experience as it could have been, hence my past was the reason for the extraction and they were very respectful. So pleased with them, next day I scheduled for my remaining bottoms to be pulled. I recommend them to anyone. Great people, very friendly and if I left happy any1 will. Heck I took a picture in the chair after they finished.
I broke a tooth off below the gum line biting into a cookie! After not having a good experience at my dentist I've went to for 35+ years the last few times I went, (once I caught him nodding off, once he dropped something and was afraid he dropped it down my throat) I knew it was time to change dentists. My daughter and mother in law both recommended the Dowell Family dentistry very highly, so I gave them a call. They got me in the same day for a NEW Patient and Chip got that broken tooth out in no time! Excellent and calming experience. The staff is so friendly too! THANK YOU ALL! You'll be seeing a lot of me!
I have been a patient nearly 20 years & this is the ONLY dental office I will ever use as long as they're in business! I searched for the perfect dentist for several years before finding this place & they are the BEST! They are always upfront regarding options & price. Pair that with EXCELLENT care & staff, this is THE place for all if my family's dental needs!
I have been going to Dowell and Dowell for more than 10 years. They have always been so kind and accommodating. I even got my husband to switch over. However, since they moved to their new facility I have had some difficulties. Last time I was there having my teeth cleaned I needed to have a small cavity filled. However, it was late in the afternoon and they did not have time to do it. That was understandable. I live about 15 miles away and my work schedule is similar to their hours, so it is hard for me to take off to come in. Dr. Dowell said it would not be a problem to wait until my next cleaning in 6 months to have it done then. So I scheduled my appointment for 6 months out. There ended up being a conflict with my husbands Christmas party on the date I scheduled, but when I called to reschedule they REFUSED to schedule me for a cleaning and a cavity fill on the same day, no matter how long in the future it was. It is apparently against their policy?! I don’t understand why, maybe it’s because they will get more money from my insurance from two visits? Well my schedule is too busy to come to two appointments within a few weeks, so unfortunately I’ll be finding a dentist who can schedule a cleaning and a cavity fill on the same day. I’m very disappointed in their new policy and lack of customer service today.
A great experience! After not seeing a dentist for 28 years, I was very nervous and embarrassed. From the moment I walked in their door the entire staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Dowell was very friendly and thorough with my exam and cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone needing an experienced and compassionate dentist!
