Can’t remember the doctors name but she did a very poor job when doing my fillings. I’m sure within a few years it will fall out with how poorly it was done. Also my teeth randomly hurt from time to time, on the ones she worked on.. but the other female dentist is wonderful! (She was pregnant) and did an amazing job on my teeth.
Canceled last second on us due to an opinion that affected someone’s feelings. Far from the good business experience that was expected. One star rightfully deserved towards owner. Hygienist/cleaner was excellent though.
The dentist always makes me anxious so my anxiety was already high. Leanne called me back and she was Amazing. She explained to me what she was doing, why and the benefits She was very gentle and gave lots of good advice. She was every encouraging about the importance of regular visits. Dr. Hansen came in and she was wonderful and explained what I needed done at my next appointment both Dr. Hansen and Leanne gave me helpful tips and also helped with financial options. We came up with a plan.
I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist before here! Michelle got me into a cancellation spot and remembered specific details from our call at my appointment which meant a lot to me that she cares. Sue the dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful! The dentist came in, Kelly, and was very personable and fantastic! I then went to schedule future appointments with Melissa at the front and she was great at scheduling as well as being knowledgeable with my insurance. Hands down such a wonderful team, I can't believe I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
I was greeted with a smile and cheerful hello from the receptionist as soon as I walked in. They were a little behind but the receptionist kept me updated and checked in to make sure I didn’t need to be somewhere. Vicky has a very calming presence and creates a relaxed space. It has helped me a lot with my dental anxieties the last few times I’ve come. My dentist is always friendly and attentive. She noticed a tooth was chipped and offered to shave it down before I had a chance to ask. They all are great at their job.
