I had such a positive experience my first time at Downtown Dental last week. Dr. Hall took her time and listened to my concerns. She created a treatment plan that made sense for both my oral health and my finances. She prioritized what needed to be done, and took care of it on the spot! Daphne was great too! She knew her stuff and was very professional. They were both super attentive and made sure I was comfortable (with a nice weighted blanket too!). I must highlight a most amazing administrative staff member…Michaela. She went above and beyond to answer my questions and offer assistance. She helped me navigate the insurance shopping process by offering unbiased, but sound advice…and this was well before I ever became a patient! She was thorough, patient and compassionate….everyone I have encountered there so far is the same way. I highly recommend you trust the kind, patient-focused staff at Downtown Dental Group with your dental care needs.
Best dentist office ever! Has high tech equipment so they can do anything without delay. I was SO impressed in and out in an hour and 50 minutes with a brand new crown. Their processes are just so interesting to see. This office has really invested well in money and time to make it a successful practice. Staff and associates are personable and likeable. I’ve seen both doctors at Downtown Dental Group and I truly love them both—you really can’t go wrong with either. They are incredibly gentle, caring, and always give you a straightforward, honest answer about the best next steps for your dental care. The front desk team is amazing—super friendly and always willing to help you navigate insurance and financial options, with plenty of choices to fit your needs. The assistants are just as wonderful, making sure you’re comfortable and prepared every step of the way. They go above and beyond with thoughtful accommodations like weighted blankets, eye masks, and even TV, which makes the whole experience so much more relaxing. Downtown Dental Group has truly made dental visits a better experience for me!
Downtown Dental is fantastic! I’ve been a patient for years, and they always take such great care of me. There’s never any pressure, and it truly feels like they prioritize my health. The dental and admin staff are amazing. I especially appreciate how wonderful they are with my children. They allow me to accompany them, and they’ve created a very comfortable experience for my kids, ages 4 and 11. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality dental office.
I have the WORST dentist anxiety. I had been going to the same dentist for 14 years. I have had root canals, fillings, veneers, etc. everything except braces basically. My dentist retired and I had to find a new one. I had put it off for 5 years until I found this dentist office. They have a ton of technology to make your appointments faster and easier. My hygienist, Jessica, went out of her way to cater to me to help with my anxiety. I had to go back a few days after for 2 major cavities. It took less than an hour, the dentist and his assistant also catered to me and what would help my anxiety. The icing on the cake is I did not feel a single thing! Not even the numbing injections. 2 major cavities only took an hour. If you need a dentist or are anything like me, go here. Even Ruth at the front desk is comforting. I could not recommend this office enough!
