Dr. Alexandra Seal provided THE best dental experience I’ve ever had. She extracted tooth No. 12 for me, followed 3 months later by placing in an implant. A previous—and my first—extraction 2 years ago (age 65) was excruciatingly painful, the oral surgeon curt and condescending, there was insufficient numbing, and post-op pain lingered for weeks. Even when I needed to call the office 2 days after the extraction due to a serious adverse reaction to the antibiotic, the surgeon was utterly disrespectful. Therefore, I was very hesitant to book these procedures with his partner, yet insurance dictated. Thankfully, these last 2 experiences were completely the opposite because of Dr. Alexandra Seal’s clinical expertise, interpersonal skills and ability to command teamwork. I HIGHLY recommend her. Before and during the procedure Dr. Seal’s confident, reassuring manner put me at ease, she explained what she was doing step-by-step, and when the implant was done, I hardly realized I had just had dental surgery—ZERO pain, including post-up, without any need for even Tylenol. Also, she personally called to check on me the next day and answer any questions. Plus, her staff members (Toledo, Eastgate location) were friendly and professional, as well. A++ all the way around. Dr. Seal performed an extraction for me in advance of an implant. I'm generally quite queasy about dental work, but Dr. Seal was very considerate and reassuring, and the process went quickly and smoothly. Everyone at Harbor Light was very kind and always helpful. I experienced very little pain and was back to work the next day. She called me a few days later to see if all was fine... which was very thoughtful of her. I highly recommend Dr. Seal and her staff at Harbor Light.
I recently had oral surgery and a dental implant with Dr. Alexandra Seal who was wonderful. She paid special attention to my needs and was very thorough in explaining what was happening. Her staff was both professional and friendly, putting me at ease throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Dr. Seal was engaged, very professional, and caring.
