The entire care team was outstanding throughout my tooth extraction and implant procedure. From the initial consultation to the placement of the implant, everything was explained clearly and handled with professionalism and precision. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I felt well cared for the entire time. The staff was attentive, organized, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel very manageable. My only minor suggestion would be adding a coat hanger or wall hook in the treatment room. Having a spot to hang a jacket instead of the window frame would be great.
Dr. Ragonese and his whole team are all extremely welcoming. Every question I had was answered with extreme professionalism and his assistant made me feel extra welcomed. The recovery process has been virtually painless. Cannot recommend this place more!
I can’t say enough good things about this office. Dr. Ragonese truly makes me feel comfortable every single visit. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers all of my questions and concerns without ever making me feel rushed. I’ve always had a lot of anxiety about dental appointments, but they have helped me work through so much of it. I genuinely feel at ease here, and that means everything. Highly recommend!
I and my wife have been a patients of Dr. Ragonese for years and we have always received the best level of care. My wife and I both had 4-on-1, top and bottom implants done by Dr. Ragonese. He is a consummate professional and is the best oral surgeon i have ever visited. The staff is always polite and caring. I give him my highest recommendation.
The consultation before my tooth extraction let me know everything that was going to happen with the implant process. The day of the procedure I came in and I felt welcomed. It was a nice normal dentist office you know, so everything was familiar. I was anxious because I’ve always anxious with dental appointments. It proceeded like a normal filling wood, but I didn’t feel the shot of Novacaine. I got several because I don’t know up easily, Then after I was numb, the procedure began, and I closed my eyes because that’s what I do. I kept waiting for a yanking because I was getting my tooth pulled out and the next thing you know, I hear drilling which I thought was not normal because I was getting a tooth pulled, and the whole time I was listening to the doctor and his assistant talk, you know normal chitchat, and before you know it I was done! The whole time I was waiting for my tooth to be extracted because I swear I was gonna be able to feel it, but no, very quick and efficient there was no pain. Afterwards, we took a panoramic view to see that it was placed correctly and of course it was- and I was done! Maybe about two hours after my appointment I took an Ibuprofen because I didn’t want to feel the pain so I don’t know if there was any. The day after that I went to a Christmas party and ate everything that was there, on the opposite side of my mouth that my two was pulled on, of course, but there was no lingering pain, all in all it was an excellent experience. 10 out of 10 ⭐️!
