Chelsea (the front desk lady) was great talking us through EVERYTHING and putting us at ease - factual straight talk yet supportive - and Dr. Gregory was so patient through consultations. Very very pleased with our experience.
The receptionist was rude and aggressive. She did not give me her name. I could not get in a full sentence without her speaking over me. I explained my situation the best that I could, and she did not care. Because of this interaction, I will seek dental care elsewhere.
Everything about this place is great except the front desk lady. She talks like she's annoyed with you. If you have a question or concern after surgery, don't even bother calling.
On January 5th I had to have 2 back teeth removed. Before this I went in for a consultation. And let me tell you Dr. Gregory and his staff make you feel absolutely comfortable with everything. He explained to me what the procedure would consist of at consultation right up to the time of my procedure. They are very professional and show exceptional care with their patients. I definitely would recommend him. My daughter is due to have wisdom teeth removed and guess who the first choice is, yep Dr. Gregory. 😊 thank you Dr. Gregory and staff for a job well done and for such great care.
Dr. Gregory is a skilled surgeon who did an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth. The experience was much easier than I expected and I believe that is due to him. It is easy to tell he really cares about the patients experience. 10/10 would recommend making the drive to go to him.
