I was given a treatment plan before having any dental work completed with an estimation of out of pocket expenses. My insurance is out of network. While I understand there will be some variation, they were $500 off on the estimate for my procedure, leaving me with a large bill I was not anticipating after I had already gotten the treatment completed. I do not understand how a $900 procedure could cost me $500 out of pocket when my insurance covers 80% for both in and out of network providers. Very poor billing practices and obviously I will be finding an alternative provider.
Dr.Helton and his entire team go shove and beyond. I always had a fear of dental work until I found Dr.Helton , he listens to his patients concerns and makes you feel comfortable. I had a dental emergency and he called me back so to ensure I was comfortable
Great experience! Dr Helton and his staff are fantastic. Everyone is so nice and professional. Katelyn made becoming a new patient so easy. Stephanie was my hygienist and she was excellent. Dr Helton was very personable and took the time to listen to my prior history since I was a new patient. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a new Dentist.
Dr Helton is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen in my 62years of living! Great mannerism and super skillful! I’ve never been enthusiastic and even a little excited about visiting the dentist until experiencing Columbus Aesthetic and Family Dentistry (CAFD). In the past, it was more dread, trepidation etc… Now that I’ve experienced CAFD, I’m home!
Hands Down! Amazing Dentist followed by a Great Staff. Their appointment scheduling is by far the best patient focused customer service I’ve seen in a while. Should an after hours weekend dental emergency arise, you can count on Dr. Helton & his professional team. It took me years to finally find a good dentist that does amazing work and shares true compassion for his patients. Thank you for all that you do!!
