3 out of 4 of our children have had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Heiner, and each was an outstanding experience, a stark difference from my other daughter who had hers removed elsewhere in town. My daughter who just had all four teeth extracted last week was in and out of surgery in less than 30 minutes and is recovering well. No dry socket or complications for any of the three kids. Office staff is kind and well organized--no mystery as to our charges or instructions. THANK YOU
I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and all I can say is WOW. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO. I’m someone who hates the dentist and I felt so comfortable and safe during my procedure. Dr. Heiner is very knowledgeable and confident in his work and it shows! I am eternally grateful for him and his staff as they were so kind and QUICK. Instead of general anesthesia, I chose the Laughing Gas and stayed awake for it and it was literally less that 7 minutes for all 4 teeth to be removed. I was in and out the door in 35 minutes. The process was not painful at all and I’ve been healing very nicely with no complications! The office answered all my questions, gave me very clear instructions for aftercare, and went through the cost of everything with me before hand. Could not recommend them enough!!
This office required full payment up front even though they took Delta Dental which we paid on May 14, 2024! Delta Dental issued them a check on August 2nd! We still haven’t received the money. I have called numerous times! The finance lady was rude and quick to blame on Medicare which is our secondary! I would not go to them!
I would highly recommend Dr. Heiner! Over the last several years I’ve had three implants. Each appointment Dr. Heiner and his staff have been so kind and helpful! The procedures went so smoothly. I can’t even tell or remember what teeth he worked on.
