I had an excellent experience with Dr. Christopher Mullinax and his entire team. I recently had three teeth extracted under sedation, and I can honestly say it was completely pain-free. I was very nervous going in, but Dr. Mullinax explained everything clearly and helped put me at ease right away. The sedation worked perfectly — I was comfortable the entire time and don’t remember any discomfort at all. What impressed me most was the recovery: no pain, no soreness, and no complications afterward, which I never expected after multiple extractions. What truly stood out was the level of care afterward. Dr. Mullinax even reached out personally that evening to check on me. I was already asleep when I received the call, but I returned it the next morning. That kind of follow-up really shows how much he cares about his patients. Today is day two, and I’m feeling great — just a little sleepy, but still no pain at all. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. If you’re anxious about dental work or need extractions done, I can’t recommend Dr. Mullinax enough. This was truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Thank you, Dr. Mullinax and team, for such outstanding care!
I've got a tremendous fear of dental work and came here for a procedure I needed. The experience was extremely positive. They got me in quickly, were lowest in price, and were super helpful, from the front staff to the providers and doctor, even making themselves available after hours in case I had questions or concerns. I had much less anxiety than usual before the procedure, and not much pain afterwards. If you guys are seeing this, thank you so much for all of your help, really.
Dr. Mullinax helped my mother and we had a great experience. The entire staff was so nice and made sure she understood every step of the way resulting in an easy process. Their communication is wonderful with the doctor speaking to me after the surgery about the procedure and aftercare and the discharge staff as well. Dr. Mullinax followed up with a phone call that night to make sure she was okay. We would highly recommend Mobile Oral & Facial Surgery to anyone in need of their services.
Absolutely loved Dr Mullenix and his nurses! He even called to check on me personally later that evening which absolutely sets him apart from others in his field, however his front desk girl is HORRIBLE and I have talked to several people that use him and feel the same way She gets rude when confronted about not clearly communicating and really could use customer service 101 or a different job but once you get to the back the rest of the team is fantastic if not for Molly at the front desk they would have gotten 5 stars for sure!
Dr. Mullenix & his office & insurance team, surgical team & the anesthesiologist & his team all treated me and my family very respectfully. Further, they are very knowledgeable & professional. My pre surgical consultation was done in a patient and thorough manner with Dr. Mullenix quite willing to answer questions & explain things. I had three extractions with one implant screw inserted that day and the other two prepared with bone grafts & stitches to heal so the implant screws can be put in later. Although there has been some pain, swelling & bleeding, it has been mild considering the work that was done. I went back at 10:00 and was waking up by 11:00 with everything done. Dr. Mullenix called to check on me that night. This is the day following surgery. I am very happy with the outcome thus far. I wish to thank Dr. Mullenix and everyone who works with him. Still, my thanks must go first and foremost to my Almighty Heavenly Father, Jehovah God!
