Dr Fiacos was recommended independently by 2 different dentists. The experience was awsome. They run on time and are transparent with pricing. Dr Fiacos and the entire staff were fantastic. Kim the hygienist was very nice, thorough and patient with my cleaning. I recommend them without reservation. The office was immaculate and parking was not an issue.
I am in absolute disbelief that my husband loved the dental appointment he went to today. He came home raving about the lady Kim that took his X-rays and did his dental cleaning. She made him so comfortable that he can’t wait to go back. He hadn’t been in 10 years due to fear. She made him feel relaxed and explained everything she was doing. The communication and trust means the world to us. And she was so thorough all his stains were off. Thank you to the whole staff. Kim you are a GEM. My previous dentist retired, so I came in as a new patient and had a great experience today. Dr. Fiacos thoroughly checked my teeth and really listened to what was bothering me. I usually get very nervous about going to the dentist, but I felt at ease and comfortable here. Kim did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, she was gentle and kind. Overall, a great experience.
Dr. Fiacos and his staff are awesome! I have been met with compassion combined with excellent care consistently since my first visit. I am not an easy dental patient and I went through several dentists after my long-time and wonderful dentist passed away. I liked Dr. Fiacos and his staff on my first visit, but it takes more than one visit to determine if any medical provider is a good fit. I have seen Dr. Fiacos and his staff few times and with some challenging issues, and each time I experience the same excellent care. Everything being done is thoroughly explained to me, and the treatment is always done with my comfort in mind. The office atmosphere is always positive and relaxed without sacrificing professionalism and quality care.
