Dr. David Ward came in early to fix my chipped front tooth in under 20 mins. Painless, selfless, and thorough; everything you could want in a Dentist. In my opinion (especially people fearful of the dentist) this is the only office to get all your dental needs done. The whole environment is comforting and makes you look forward to your appointment. The staff and facility are top tier, think luxury but with affordable prices. God bless The Wards
I’ve been a patient here for several years and there’s a clear pattern of unethical behavior. Years ago, I had a cavity filled that didn’t hurt before but caused ongoing pain afterward. When I returned, they took an X-ray to address their mistake and then charged me $200 for it. The tooth still bothers me to this day. More recently, I was told they accepted my new insurance, had work done, and was later charged $500 because they “never accepted” it—despite admitting they knew that beforehand. They told me I was out of luck and that they don’t work with my insurance because situations like this happen. On top of that, my dentist was switched to her sister without my knowledge, and after a routine filling I was in pain for weeks. Overall, this office is dishonest and I would not trust them
I went to Dr ward for the first time recently he got me in right away with a bit of an emergency. He and staff were amazing! The facility is so clean and welcoming! I went back for my follow up and had a second awesome experience! So thankful to have found Dr. Ward and staff!!!!
This is the best dentist office there is. I have never liked dentists. I feel like the comparison to going to the DMV is accurate however I have only ever had positive experiences at this office. Everyone on the staff is lovely and both David Ward and his daughter Samantha are wonderful. They are actual people and don't have any weird dentist vibes that you sometimes get. Moving out of state and having to get a new dentist has been the saddest thing. If it was possible to fly back just for dentist appointments here I would. You cannot go wrong with this office.
You will be shuffled around to a different doctor each visit with no continuity of care. Glue matter was left in a tooth causing severe pain and another visit to repair. I recommend seeing another dental office.
